Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

To request a cancellation, please email namaste@nutricastle.in with your order number and relevant details.
2. Subscription Cancellations & Refunds

Subscription orders may be cancelled at any time before the next billing date.

If a subscription order has already been processed and shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation or refund.

To manage or cancel your subscription, please log in to your NutriCastle account.
Note: Cancellations will be effective from the next billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for cancellations made mid-cycle.
3. Important Notes

NutriCastle shall not be held responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect shipping information or recipient unavailability.

If a replacement request is approved, the replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer.
