NutriCastle Return and Refund Policy

At NutriCastle, we are committed to delivering premium nutrition bites crafted with the finest ingredients. Since our products are perishable, we maintain a strict no-return and no exchange policy to uphold food safety and quality standards. However, we do accommodate refunds or replacements under certain conditions.

1. Returns & Replacements

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered.

  • However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange for a replacement or refund upon verification.

  • To be eligible, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images/videos of the package and product.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Spoiled Product: If the product arrives in an unusable condition due to transit damage.

  • Incorrect Order Received: If you receive a product different from what was ordered.

  • Lost Shipments: If your order is marked as delivered but not received, and our courier partner confirms the loss.

Refund Process:

  1. Email us at namaste@nutricastle.in with your order number, issue details, and photos/videos within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Once verified, we will initiate a refund or replacement within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

  3. Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Personal taste preferences.

    • Minor packaging dents that do not affect product quality.

    • Delays caused by unforeseen logistical issues (e.g., weather, strikes).
